1 General Provisions

2.2 Account Responsibility

Allowing a third party to use, selling or transferring the account is prohibited. In such cases the account may be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jayabaji bd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the balance ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

• jayabaji bd Weekly Deposit Fest: 30% bonus on weekly deposits, up to a maximum of ৳8,000; wagering 20 times, minimum deposit ৳200.
• jayabaji bd Slot Bonus: 50% bonus once per day on deposits for slot games, up to a maximum of ৳5,000; wagering 25 times.
• jayabaji bd Cricket Reward: 40% bonus on deposits before cricket betting, up to a maximum of ৳6,000; wagering 18 times.
• Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳1,500 reward for verified members during their birthday month; wagering 10 times.
• Refer a Friend and Win: Up to ৳2,000 reward for a successful referral; wagering 12 times.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The specific terms of the relevant offer must be read before claiming a bonus.
• Another bonus cannot be accepted while one bonus is active, unless jayabaji bd specifies otherwise.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will result in account closure.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

jayabaji bd offers gaming services across sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, card games and other categories. Each category has its own operating rules.

6.1 General Betting Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless jayabaji bd issues a correction due to a technical error.
• In any dispute regarding bets placed before the result of an event is announced, jayabaji bd's decision is final.
• If the bet amount exceeds the available balance, that bet will not be accepted.

6.2 Special Sports Betting Rules

• If a match is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the stake returned.
• In a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, the total return will be calculated using odds of 1.00 for that selection.
• In live betting, odds change at every moment; the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the jayabaji bd platform. Violating these rules will result in the account being suspended immediately or permanently closed, and the balance may be forfeited.

• Misusing bonuses or claiming bonuses by fraudulent means.
• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading account information.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to gain bonus benefits as a group or through coordinated activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems or hacking.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

jayabaji bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account if evidence of a breach of these terms is found or any suspicious activity is detected.

If there is a valid balance before the account is closed and the closure is for reasons other than a breach of terms, that amount will be returned after the verification process is complete. However, funds from bonuses and balances related to unfulfilled wagering requirements are not refundable.

Users may also voluntarily close their account. In that case, any verified remaining balance will be returned through the designated method.

9 Responsible Gaming

jayabaji bd believes that gaming is a form of entertainment. However, excessive gaming can lead to personal and financial problems. The platform encourages users to play in an aware and controlled manner.

12 Changes to Terms
